We have a wheelchair-accessible vehicle for passengers who travel seated in a wheelchair. Tell dispatch you need the WAV when you book so that car is allocated — it is not sent on every job.

How to book the accessible car
Book online, by phone or WhatsApp and write that you need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle. Add folding or powered wheelchair details, plus any extra passenger or luggage space you need.
Advance booking is best. Same-day WAV cover depends on whether the vehicle is already on another job.
What to tell us
Pickup, destination, time, number of passengers and whether you stay in the wheelchair for the journey. If you also need a standard seat for a carer, say so on the booking.
The fare is confirmed when the booking is accepted — we do not publish a separate WAV price list.
