Travel with your dog or cat
We take pets on private hire journeys when you tell us in advance. Typical trips are home to airport, ferry port, vet, kennels or another home address in Kent and the South East.
The animal stays with you in the vehicle. Bring a suitable crate, carrier or harness. We are not a licensed commercial animal courier for unaccompanied pets.
Airports, ferries and longer runs
Pet-friendly airport and port transfers can be combined with a standard passenger booking. Add the pet type, size and whether a crate is used so dispatch picks a suitable car.
Assistance dogs travel as normal — still note it on the booking so the driver is prepared.
How to book
Book online, by phone or WhatsApp and write the pet details in the notes. If you also need the wheelchair-accessible vehicle, say both so we do not send the wrong car.
The fare is confirmed when the booking is accepted.

Can I take my dog in the taxi?
Yes, when you tell us before travel. Bring a crate, carrier or harness and keep the animal with you in the car.
Do you do pet airport transfers?
Yes. Pre-book the airport or ferry trip and add the pet on the booking so we send a suitable vehicle.
Do you transport pets on their own?
No. Pets travel with their owner or a nominated passenger. We are not an unaccompanied pet courier.
